About the Role Reporting to the PM you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects within budget, timeline, and scope.

Your duties will be:

• Administration of head contract including claims, variations, EOTs and RFIs
• Administration of subcontracts including claim assessment, variations
• Preparation of documentation for procurement of subcontractors and suppliers including tender and pricing schedules, scope of works
• Tender analysis and recommendations
• Negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers
• Preparation of subcontracts including detailed scope of works
• Produce financial information to accurately manage the construction budget
• Liaison with site staff and monitoring of site progress
• Provide regular status updates to the Project Manager for all facets of the projects
• Preparation of quantities and take off as required
Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
    • Thorough knowledge of contracts
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Ability to interpret design documents
    • Excellent time management and organisational skills
    • Innovative and flexible in problem solving
    • Extensive experience in tender processes and trade procurement
