· Salary reflective of experience, $120,000 - $160,000 + Super
The builder:
· Established in 90's, this builder has gone from strength to strength.
· With a strong focus on the design and construct of luxury New Builds and plenty of repeat clients coming to them, they are seeking their next Contract Administrator to join the team.
· You will be based in the office and will provide support to the Site Managers and Project Managers.

About the role:
Reporting to the PM you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects within budget, timeline, and scope. Your duties will be;
· Administration of head contract including claims, variations, EOTs and RFIs
· Administration of subcontracts including claim assessment, variations
· Preparation of documentation for procurement of subcontractors and suppliers including tender and pricing schedules, scope of works
· Tender analysis and recommendations
· Negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers
· Preparation of subcontracts including detailed scope of works
· Produce financial information to accurately manage the construction budget
· Liaison with site staff and monitoring of site progress
· Provide regular status updates to the Project Manager for all facets of the projects
· Preparation of quantities and take off as required
Skills and experience
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
· Tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
· Thorough knowledge of contracts
· Strong negotiation skills
· Ability to interpret design documents
· Excellent time management and organisational skills
· Innovative and flexible in problem solving
· Extensive experience in tender processes and trade procurement.
