Wilder Fox is proudly representing a nation head contractor for the acquisition of a Contract Administrator. Our client is a renowned builder specialising in Industrial Warehouses.

- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiating, and finalising contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Review and interpret contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Coordinate with various internal departments, such as project management, procurement, and finance, to ensure contract requirements are met.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenditures and ensure cost control measures are in place.
- Conduct thorough contract administration, including maintaining accurate records, tracking deliverables and managing contract modifications and amendments.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to resolve any contractual disputes or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Provide regular reports and updates to project stakeholders on contract status, financials and potential risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within the construction industry, ideally with a focus on Industrial Warehouses.
- In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes and project management principles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations and industry best practices.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify and address potential issues before they become problems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
