Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management:
- Oversee and manage all facets of contract administration for industrial warehouse development projects.
- Ensure strict adherence to contractual terms and conditions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to address any contractual issues.
- Cost Control:
- Monitor project costs and budgets.
- Collaborate with project managers to identify and address cost variations.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate financial reports related to contracts.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and proactively work to mitigate them.
- Review and assess contract documents to minimise exposure to legal and financial risks.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation.
- Prepare and review change orders, amendments, and other contractual documents.
- Communication:
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Resolve contractual disputes or issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the industrial real estate or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and construction contracts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
