As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee all site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll lead contractors and subcontractors, ensuring smooth project delivery with a focus on safety, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with specifications, plans, and safety standards.
- Oversee daily operations, managing contractors, suppliers, and trades.
- Conduct quality control checks and enforce high standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and WH&S requirements.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure timelines are met.
- Manage site resources, including materials and labour.
- Resolve on-site issues and communicate progress to the Project Manager.
- Conduct site meetings with subcontractors.
- Manage subcontractor work for variations, defects, and milestones.
- Maintain site documentation, including daily logs and safety records.
- Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience in commercial, residential, or aged care projects.
- Experience managing projects over $20 million.
- Strong understanding of WH&S and site safety protocols.
- Leadership and people management skills to motivate site teams.
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders and project teams.
- Knowledge of construction methods, programming, and project sequencing.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- Problem-solving skills to work under pressure.
- Construction White Card and driver’s licence.
