Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale logistic warehouse construction projects, specialising in sizes exceeding 30,000 square meters.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are executed in accordance with plans, specifications, and established budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and proactively implement solutions to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and construction drawings.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, resolving engineering-related challenges as they arise.
- Foster positive working relationships with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, construction methods, and technologies to drive continuous improvement in project execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in project engineering or management within the construction industry, with a focus on large-scale industrial warehouse projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
