Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and quality standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Manage site resources efficiently, including materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
• Solid understanding of health and safety practices and procedures.
• Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Current construction induction card (White Card) and relevant certifications are advantageous.
