Specialising in mixed-use high-density residential and commercial projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Site Manager looking to take the lead on large-scale construction projects valued over $30 million.

As the Senior Site Manager, you will oversee all on-site activities for complex, large-scale construction projects. Your role will focus on ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. You’ll be responsible for leading site teams, coordinating subcontractors, and managing day-to-day construction operations. You’ll be responsible for leading site teams, coordinating subcontractors, and managing day-to-day construction operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the on-site delivery of large commercial and residential construction projects.
- Oversee and manage all site activities, including scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring smooth workflows.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across all site operations.
- Liaise closely with the Project Manager to track project progress and manage timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications and design documents.
- Develop strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior staff and site teams.
- Drive continual improvement of project processes to deliver efficient and successful project outcomes.
- A qualification in Construction Management or relevant trade background.
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Site Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering commercial/residential projects over $30 million.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide site teams.
- Proven experience in managing site programs, coordinating trades, and delivering to critical path milestones.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and compliance, with a commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage subcontractors and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to problem-solve on-site issues and manage construction challenges proactively.
- Construction White Card and driver’s licence.
