Wilder Fox is exclusively partnering with one of Australia's leading property and project management advisory practices for the purpose of recruiting a experienced Project Manager with a proven track record within the commercial sector. The portfolio of work they deliver is specific to commercial newbuild in the CBD with projects valued up to and beyond $100 million.

- Act as the key point of contact and represent the client's interests throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Oversee the planning, execution and successful delivery of high-end commercial projects in Sydney.
- Collaborate closely with the design team, architects and consultants to ensure project objectives and client requirements are met.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines and resources, ensuring adherence to quality standards and profitability targets.
- Lead the procurement process, including tendering, contractor selection and contract negotiations, to secure optimal value and resources for the project.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or challenges, and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Foster strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers and regulatory authorities.
- Conduct regular project meetings, prepare comprehensive reports, and provide regular updates to clients on project status, budget and schedule.
- Manage and resolve any project-related conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Client-Side Project Manager, with a focus on high-end commercial assets.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects valued at $100 million and above, specifically in the hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and industry best practices in the construction industry.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling and resource management.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of design and construction processes, as well as experience working closely with architects and design teams.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to risk management.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in project management, construction management, or a related field.
