The Role:
As a Contract Administrator, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of a major industrial project. You will collaborate with the project team, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met while maintaining cost control and project efficiencies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing subcontractor and supplier agreements, including negotiation, variations, and claims
- Preparing progress claims, RFI’s, and cost reports
- Assisting with procurement processes and budget management
- Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions
- Supporting the Project Manager to achieve program and financial objectives
- Maintaining clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience as a CA in the construction industry, ideally on industrial or large-scale commercial projects
- A strong understanding of construction contracts, cost management, and procurement processes
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in construction software such as Jobpac, Procore, Cheops, or similar systems
